To get your shower liners/ curtains clean and looking like new... Wash in your wash machine with about 1 cup each of vinegar and 1 cup of bleach. Add white towels (The towels will not only get clean, they act as little scrubbers on the liner), normal amount of laundry soap, fabric softener (The fabric softener actually helps the liner/curtain stay clean) and run. When the load is done, return the curtains to their place in the bathroom to drip dry (the wrinkles will disappear in a day or so). I do this every few months to keep my clear shower curtain just that!
