To go along with the K-9 Veterans Day, Hero Dog post, I would like to share 2 links with you of picture albums, of Hattie receiving her Hearing Dog, Hero Dog Citation from last year. Hattie was recognized as Pennsylvanias Hearing Dog, Hero Dog and received Congressional Honors from the Pennsylvania Senate for her role in passing a law now known as Act 62 for PA. Act 62 serves to protect Service Animals at work or in training from being interfered with, injured or attacked by another dog, making such a crime punishable by fines and or jail time.
