To grant my bail of 5 days my TL asked me to give KT(Knowledge Transfer) to my newly joined colleague so that the application will not wander like a lost child in my absence.I pinged her regarding this she started a informal communication in office communicator started asking all personal stuffs with lot smileys appended :) :P :) . I turned to my TL raised my hand, widened my eyes and lift my eyebrow (Rajkumar Style) and told him Dhadha Dekho aapka resource kya kar raha hai!!!.He read all the chat messages and jumped like a Hanuman (to cross ocean) to reach her desk and left her a warning message!!! Sita mata please stop searching for RAM... And start Concentrating on ur KAAM!!!After eating the halwa Colleague sariyogirthale alwa??? :P :P :P I should not have done tat but tat was a part of KT which i got :( Colleague is a Colleague and will be a Colleague and should be a Colleague!!! If ur colleague is smiling @ U they need something from u,if they are staring @ u they r planning something on U!!!!Technology is a ocean v get in to catch fishes. At the end of the month wat matters is how many fishes were credited into ur HDFC,CITI or Axis Buckets!!!!No emotions No relations Nothing else!!!!This is the way corporate is and will be!!!!
