To increase the ranks of the volunteer Nassau County Auxiliary Police, a recruitment drive will be held November 10th – 13th, from 5:00pm – 9:00pm at our local police precincts. The Auxiliary Police provide extra eyes and ears for the NCPD by performing uniformed patrols and are trained to observe and report conditions that require the services of the Police Department. They also assist at local community festivals, parades, and street fairs, and serve during natural disasters and other emergencies. If you are between the ages of 18 and 60 and are interested in volunteering for the Nassau County Auxiliary Police program, please attend the recruitment drive at one of the below locations.
