To keep my skin well-protected and nourished, and to extend its youthful appearance, I focus on the foods that are good sources of the following nutrients: Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Beta-carotene, Selenium and Omega–3 Fatty Acids. Foods that included in my beauty diet and are good sources of the following nutrients include bell peppers (either red, green, or yellow), broccoli, mangoes, oranges, pineapple, snow peas, strawberries, tomatoes, watermelon, whole-grain cereals, nuts and seeds, olive oil, tuna (canned, light), crab, oysters, whole-wheat pasta, lean beef, shrimp, whole-wheat bread, turkey, chicken breast, mushrooms, carrots, mangoes, pumpkin, sweet potato and eggs! These foods are sufficient and entirely safe for my skin
