To kick off our Book Fair we will be having an All for Books Coin Challenge! The Coin Challenge is an event that Scholastic promotes to get books into the hands of students who might not be able to purchase a book at the fair or have any at home! For every dollar we collect, Scholastic matches that amount to buy books for those in need. The money we collect at Tara will go to students in our community! We hope you will support this project and discuss the importance of books and reading with your children. We will award the top class each day of the week with a Scholastic gift certificate. Students are asked to bring the following coins each day of the week to support this great cause! Monday-7th ---- Friday 11th Monday – Pennies Tuesday – Nickels Wednesday – Dimes Thursday – Quarters Friday – Anything Friday! Thank you for supporting our All for Books Coin Challenge!
