To label liberals as Sneaky is fairly accurate. Counseled by lawyers and political hacks, they play the gentry like a violin to get issues they stir up into their courts, which naturally dismiss any effort by society to rid themselves of these elements. Proposition 8 was just such a ruse. This measure was designed to define the Marriage criteria in California solely as a union between men and women. What Prop 8 REALLY turned out to be was an effort by liberals to render the issue as a legal right, which then would be taken up by their liberal courts to simply declare this measure as an Unconstitutional abridgement of the Right to marry. There IS no Right to Marry in any state or federal charter. Society deems marriage as an acceptable union based upon cultural, moral and SANE criteria. (If NAMBLA had their way, young boys would be carried down the aisles by their future husbands..) The government actually has no power to sanction marriage. That is why Proposition 8 was developed. Now, Proposition 187 was another slick trick played on the people of California. This ruse was a voter approved measure which relieved Californians from supporting illegal aliens. The incredible fact that our government would actually FORCE us to underwrite the flaunting of our laws notwithstanding, this overwhelmingly approved measure was DESIGNED to grant our government that power: Not only the power to take our money to support illegal aliens, but to GIVE THEM THE RIGHT TO VOTE!! (Three guesses which party the bulk of these people register under....) The main problem I see in California is that were too complacent. We dont take things like this seriously, and we should. The government under liberals will never stop drumming up issues to demonstrate their power over the population. Once the people start marching down the avenue towards Jerry Browns exalted throne (Along with his boyfriends, Any Twosome Newsom), theyll begin to understand what the limits of their power entail. Until that time, theyll believe they are omnipotent.
