To lead is not by title or riches it is earn through service. Everyone yearn to become a fore runner, a leader, someone others will look up to but they lack the willingness to serve. A leader is someone who is selfless, whose ultimate goal is to see his/her followers live peacefully counting on him/her as their safe aboard without fear. Leadership is by virtues not by title. If your wish is granted today what type of leader will you become? As a follower if you fail to be selfless, and hard working you are not worthy to lead. You can not lead other when you fail to lead your self to safety Let us stop blaming others for our failures, if the leaders are failing us what about us failing ourselves, we all have responsibilities, every leaders are followers somewhere, play your own role and allow time to tell. Do not wait to be served, serve in whatever position, and places you find yourself and you will earn your respect and place among the nobles. For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve to give his life as a ransom for many(Mark 10 vs 45). Life Path-Jesus Cares.
