To me... blaming on fate is passive and lausy, thats not what we do in safety business, we do hazard analysis, safety precaution, engineering control, Behavioral Education and even PPE if needed. Blaming on fate only let thing happen and happen again... to be mistake once is learning, to be the same mistake twice is fool... I rather say ignorant.... Dun say the wat wat wat association had clear the flying path, and how high is the plane flying... the root cause is, Malaysia Airlines is not concern about the alarming condition on their flying path and choose to take thing for granted. no pilot or Mas management ever though of a possibility of missile attack flying through a war zone? not even one? two fighter jet being shoot down in this month should serve as a good notice, HAZARD is already there... why go there? no one look into that? God... MAS airline is not Segamat based cepat express lar~~~ RIP MH17, Malaysian Style Management owe you their Malaysian style explaination... I doubt any change will happen.. even after MH370 and MH17...
