To me, liquor is synonymous with awesome marination for meat. I never bother to drink it since I am a teetotaler. Jack Daniels is great with any pork or beef for example. I even tried the Yamazaki whiskey that is voted the best whiskey in 2014 before with pork and it works like a charm. Carlsberg beer is nice addition to Teo Chew styled steam fish. Havent experimented with others yet. Any suggestions for other liquor like tequila? What kinda meat will go best with it?
