To me the practical element of The Non-Aggression Principle lies with the fact that if two parties agree to an exchange it will create more net benefit because of the nature that both parties must prefer to exchange because it is to their benefits than if one party is forcing another as it is usually because the more powerful party is seeking to exploit, which while it usually creates a net benefit to the more powerful party, the net negative most often far exceeds any positive created by the exchange.
