To me, the real issue isnt who ends up winning this election in November. Its MUCH bigger than that. The GOP that I once loved has turned into a corrupt machine just like the democrats. Here are two irritable and irrefutable facts: 1. The GOP leaders in MS chose Thad because of money and power. They didnt choose to support a fiscal conservative. Democrats pick their leaders in a selfish what can I get from this guy mentality. Now the GOP does as well. 2. The people supporting Thad resorted to race baiting and calling Chris all kinds of names and slandering his character to scare democrats to the polls. Thats not an effort nor a movement that I can support. The GOP is sick. The Barbour family has made us that way and Travis winning in November is just the bad tasting medicine that the party leaders need to drink so that we can get the real GOP back on track.
