To me working out is 90% mental and 10% physical! You have to be mentally strong, focused and determined to want to train, reach your goals and get your body to wherever you need it to be. You have to have ALL heart to push through the pain, the torque, the sweat, the fatigue, and the laziness! Nobody is stopping you but you! Your body will do whatever you tell it to do! If you say grow, it will grow! If you say drop weight it will drop weight! But you have to be mentally disciplined to do whatever it takes to shock your body, wake it up, and let it know that you are in charge!!!! Stop saying you cant and start saying YOU WILL!!! Stop procrastinating and start taking the initiative! No more excuses THIS IS NOT A GAME! This is Your life!!! Your health! This is what you are made of!!! Dont sit around saying couldve shouldve wouldve! If you want it bad enough then whats the problem! You have to dig deep look inside yourself and GO HARD to get it!!! No More Games!!!!! MR. GO HARD has spoken!!! The rest is up to you!!!! Go Hard One Love Salute! !!
