To my Facebookers, Family and Friends alike....I know Im always thanking you, profusely, for one thing or another, and Im doing it yet, once again. You guys all know how and when to show up and show out! The last few days couldve been dramatic and a total downer, but I try to keep things light, positive and fun (theres really no better way). So thank you all again for the kind words, sentiments, well-wishes, phone calls and texts! You, especially, made this last (unexpected) 24 hours a breeze, along with these great doctors, staff and nurses (Jaynie, Lisa and Stephanie, to name a few). I was told that my heart is 99% perfect, the stress test results were great and my blood pressure is now resting comfortably at 120/80. Gotta work on my cholesterol and not sweat the small stuff (or any stuff). The pain is most likely muscular due to some aggressive workout changes that probably agitated an old injury. I simply have to ease up on that. Other than that, all is well. The Universe has restored order and Im on my way home! I love you!
