To my MLM friends, Some, not all. Friends, really... dont be so defensive. Its supposed to be a profession of people who embrace free enterprise, entrepreneurship, open mindedness, positive mental attitude and all kinds of great stuff, right? How are you ever going to attract skilled professionals from the affiliate marketing, corporate marketing profession and fields, small business owners who use social media, internet marketing and video marketing in their existing small businesses... ...if when they want to learn how to apply their skills and talents and monetize the leverage of the MLM world and comp plans... ...some of what they see is petty divisiveness, defensive posturing and bashing of all kinds and forms? One day, if youre serious (as a profession) of being taken more seriously by very skilled and talented people from other entrepreneurial arenas, youre seriously going to have to level up your emotional intelligence quotient to be invited to the table. And no... Buying and flossing expensive suits and renting exotic cars doesnt fix the issue. Thats superficial stuff. The depth of your professionalism comes out after only a couple posts or words exchanged with other entrepreneurs. Level up. Its time. Or get left behind. So much of this MLM culture stuff is brushed under the rug and not dealt with. Exponential growth would be SHOCKING with just a few tweaks of this embedded defensive, petty, divisive culture. What you think? Am I way off? Anyway, hope this helps. Sincerely, Me P.S. And probably a lot of other small business owners, marketing professionals, corporate sales leaders, affiliate marketing and internet marketing specialists. Not to mention other successful career professionals that take a look and then say... ...nah, Ill wait till they grow up a bit. #LetsMakeBeBetterAndMakeItBetter P.S. Yeah, Im aware that this kind of stuff is in all industries. But not so much on social media. Why? Cause people would be fired from their positions if they were posting like many MLM people...
