To my aviation friends: In May 2014, I had the honor of presenting the luncheon keynote during the 19th Annual NJ Aviation Conference. Even though I have given more than 300 safety seminars and several dinner-meeting talks over the years, this was my first keynote. I finally got around to producing a video that combines the keynote graphics I used with a voiceover of the text and a photo of me taken mid-speech.
