To my family and friends, I have been horrible on giving out Christmas cards and dont remember the last time I did, but for whatever reason I felt the need to send my family and friends a new years letter . This year has had many changes in my life, not only have I been dealing with the struggles of my personal illnesses and back issues but have also had deaths all around me friends and family, as well as deaths that my friends and family have had to deal with, that I personally did not know. It was extremely hard for me to give them strengh when I didnt have much strengh to give. Not only did my only living grandpa passed on but so did such a wonderful giving,loving, aunt. Both deaths due to cancer. The only blessing with this is that both of my family members died quickly and so I feel thankful that they did not suffer long from this horrible disease. These deaths have been very hard for people to deal with exspecially around the holdidays. When I think of the sadness of their passing and how hard it is to deal with I look at how our HUGE family has gathered around and have showed the support and love for my losses as well as the their feeling of the loss that has affected them and the direct people affected husband,wife, and children. This goes to show how lucky I am to have such a huge and wonderful bunch of people,family and friends in my life. I will say it has made this years holidays hard to deal with at times but conforting, feeling all the love and support that I have around me, and I hope they have felt the love and comfort around themselves to.. Now that we are entering the New Year I feel the need to make it my goal to go to more family functions and become closer to my other family members that I dont see often. I have always known life is short, but as Im getting older, Im really seeing how short life is and can be. On the brighter side their has been births in my family Logans first christmas as well as a few of my cousins babys first christmas. It warms my heart to know how the kuhn clan is growing. It makes me happy to know that our family still continues to be filled with love and continues to grow. On another brighter note I have been so blessed to have such a wonderful,caring, loving daughter that has stood by me and helped me through several back surgeries this year. I really dont know what I would do without her, but after this year I may have to figure something else out since she is graduating highschool and moving on persuing college while also working at sears. She has always had all most straight As so Im hoping for some scholarships or grants to help her on her journey of life. All though this makes me happy it also scares me to death to know that one day she will move out and I wont have the help I need around the house but I guess I can figure something out since i have plenty of nieces and nephews wanting to earn some cash. I have a new years resolution to try and make myself see and spend time with my family and friends no matter how horrible or depressed I may feel at the time because I know being around them will make me feel better in the long run and I will be able to feel closer to my friends and family that I barely see but a few times a year. I know I have missed alot of family gatherings, babyshowers ,graduations exc which im extremely sorry for and am going to make a honest effort to spend time with them and get to know their wifes and kids, because this year I have really noticed how much family means to me and how much love we all have to share with each other and to the kids. So hopefully we can get some camping trips togather or something cuz Kuhn Clan I want to see you all. And spend some time with all the little ones to.. Some peoples new year resolutions is to loose weight and I have that one to but it comes second to spending time and getting to know my family better. I just want you all to know I love you and I hope you have a wonderful year in 2015.. With lots of love Tesa
