To my family and friends, I havent shared my latest experience with an infection that I thought was minor. After two weeks I decided I probably needed to see my doctor. At the doctors office I thought I was going to get a shot and be on my way. My thoughts were wrong. He admitted me to the Hospital for a colon infection that abscessed and spread throughout my body. The next day I had surgery and knew I was going home the next day. I couldnt get rid of a 103 degree temp and starting coughing. Chest X-ray showed that it spread to my left lung causing pneumonia. Admitted last Monday and diagnosed with pneumonia late Wednesday. Im still here and will be here a couple more days. Please excuse me for not saying anything. I figured that this would have done in 2 days for something minor. If it gets worse, I will let yall know.
