To my friends and family, I am going to be open for the first time in my life about me. I am a quiet person that keeps to myself , not because I am rude and choose not to speak with my friends. The truth is I struggle, I have issues with my confidence even with close family I struggle and panic the thought of having a one on one conversation with you all. My birthday is coming up and I have a small select few that are coming to lunch and I am so nervous I feel sick the thought. I love you all but just wish I knew why I am like this and wish I could overcome this fear. When I am at work for some reason I come out of my skin and am beaming with confidence and love the feeling so much I cant stop talking to people, its sad I cant feel this way over coffee with a loved one. Matthew and I are so close I guess his the only person I can actually be around that doesnt give me a panic attack. Just want all my friends to know that I do have a place in my heart for every one of you, even if I dont show it.
