To my friends, family, and patients - Im sorry to tell you that our efforts to license Naturopathic Physicians in Idaho have come to an end this year. The House Health and Welfare committee is refusing to hear the bill, even though the vast majority of people who contacted them want licensing. As many of you know, our association (IDAANP.org) has been involved with this process for 15 years. Of course we are frustrated and disappointed. We really rallied this year - thank you so much to those of you who wrote letters, helped with fundraising, donated auction items, and came to our dinner! We so appreciate your support, and well keep on raising awareness.
