To my friends who deal with after school/work stress and anxiety like I do, this is quite possibly the greatest 20 minutes you could give yourself in the evening time. Ive tried yoga before, and it was either too difficult (I dont want to break a sweat before bed,) or too easy (I dont feel anything.) This is relaxing, super quick, and physically easy to follow. Ive been repeating this routine daily for just over a week now, and Ive been reacting to my hectic schedule much more positively. Not to mention, it seriously improves flexibility.
