To my friends who live in the city of Taylor As you are aware by now. Interim chief Dan Reynolds was up for a promotion to chief Wednesday. But it seems it was table by council because of a internal investigation for misappropriation of city funds by Mr Reynolds. Well it seems theres a long list questionable practices by Mr Reynolds!!! Case in point. Pay attention to #25 in fire departments operating procedures. Which was signed once again by Mr Reynolds on 7-9 of this year. So why is his own personal vehicle still sitting inside station 1 after a year?? You its taxpayers need to be made aware of many of its issues that are ongoing with in its department by Mr Reynolds.
