To my friends whom own "Pit Bull" dogs (American Bull Terrier), i am facing my fears of a dog which has a bad reputation. We found one wondering the dirt road we live on. Some one dumped him. Probably because he might have a skin condition, or hip problems. He is a loving dog. Then again to most dogs are rescued from the cold, or rain, they are "velcro" dogs to their rescuers. Keep in mind i am still cautious around him. I do not know if another human beat him or abused him. But "Trust, but Verify" seems to been the going phrase in my head. God put my wife and I here to help dogs when they need it. Pits are not bad dogs, they need love like all other dogs. I hope we can find this guy a home as ours is not big enough to handle 6 dogs... 5 is the limit.. but we can hold him in our heart for a little while. Thanks
