To my new APC friends on Facebook, those who added me recently, I say welcome. Note that I know youre APC supporters because of your various profile pictures yet I accepted ALL your requests to show Im pragmatic and I believe in free and fair elections like President Jonathan. Here, Im no fan of BLIND FOLLOWERSHIP and I dont deal with stories especially those centred on corruption, incompetence and impunity. These are slogans we are used to since 1960. If you want to discuss, discuss why your principal couldnt construct just ONE Almajiri school since 1983 and one who constructed 125 of such schools is bad. Discuss why someone who revitalised the rail sector is clueless. If not, how do you want your economy to start picking up? Talk about how the much acclaimed communication sector started; was it a magical development? When it started, sim card was #20,000, phones were expensive and tariffs were killing but today, a 5-day old baby can have a phone. Such is my view of the development in the power sector. Show me why someone who is diversifying the economy is not worthy in a country that has been economically crumbled for over 50 years. Tell me what is called the foundation of the future if infrastructure is appalling and someone fixing it is insulted daily. These and many more are what I deal with. Corruption? Oh!!! Tell me why Kanos 44 local government councils as against Lagos 20 local government councils as well as fictitious population figures not excluding the born to rule ideology and shariah indoctrination are not the foundations of institutionalised corruption.
