To my rockin Titans: Lately Ive been hearing a lot of talk about Stinky Sneaker (good and bad) and I want to remind you guys of something that people forget: the winner of the shoe is 100% controlled by you guys. Its not based on how good our theme is our what our shirts look like, its based on student participation and creativity. Even if we have the worst theme you can think of, if we have 300 kids down on the floor and the stands filled with fans, I can guarantee you a damn good chance at the shoe. So those of you who have decided we are going to lose and that we have no chance of winning, unless you are going to come be in the halftime show our cheer at the game, our failure is your fault. Not because its rigged or because our theme sucks, but because some of our students bring down the school with their negative attitudes. And dont get me wrong - its not all about winning the shoe. If we go out there, have fun, scream our hearts out, and leave it all on the floor Im gonna be proud of my school win or lose. So lets get pumped, go put up a fight, and keep the shoe at home.
