To my sister who was the babygirl in the family for 8 years and VEHEMENTLY did NOT want another girl to replace her babysister hood; so much so that she put me outside the window as a baby and my Daddy asked her, why you put that baby outside? And she said, I didnt. My Daddy said, stop lieing, I was by Pyran George, across the street, and I saw you! (Lmbo!!!) To my sister, who taught me how to get a few minutes of recuperation, when Momma had us cleaning up...that she and I could ask to goto the bathroom and take a nap in there!!! (Lol) I used to love that bathroom in the old house. To my sister who I watched be a cheerleader and then I wanted to be one. To my sister who stuffed me and Monique Barthelemy in the confines of her RX7 to take us to a homecoming game...to my sister who said, Cmon sister, Ill take you (with tears in HER eyes), when I got stood up for the prom. To my sister who...on my wedding day who came to my rescue in a way I will NEVER forget! To my sister who introduced me to the song, Healer by Kari Jobe, WITH HER LIFE...in a way that ministered to my SPIRIT!! To my sister who says, Triconne, dont sweat the small stuff...and really its all small stuff! Have a blessed and Happy HAPPY I know better than to say it Birthday to my ROCK of her family, beautiful, no nonsense, better get your mind right, heart of pure gold, dont have me tell Momma, soldier of a sister, birthday.... Sonya Brooks Duplessis...I love you FOREVER!!!
