To my understanding, John Allan Namu thesis reads as follows: BVR did not have fingerprint data. EVID could not confirm registered voters. That allowed ghost voters. RTS did not work because the phones were not encrypted to transmit results to Results Presentation System at Bomas of Kenya. Therefore, IEBC did not have results unless the results were streaming in from a stand alone system. That stand alone system was at KENCALL. This is where the results were fixed. IEBC was fed doctored results. Technology was failed, tampered or sabotaged to allow manual system for rigging elections.
