To my young people . . . I dont know where you stand in your faith . . and I am not one to try to force my Bible believing, trinity believing Christian beliefs on another . . .but through all the difficult situations I have experienced . . . all my moments of depression and anxiety . . . all my ups and downs my faith is what has sustained me . . . I am grateful for the foundation my parents and grandparent laid for me in the way of my faith. What I have tried to instill in my own children is what has kept me going when I am feeling in despair, overwhelmed, and hopeless is that no matter what I TRUST GOD. I also share with them and want to share with you all the following scriptures that give me inner peace and comfort during my dark moments. These scriptures clearly indicate that in this life, you will experience some difficult times, but if you have faith, trust and believe, and just hold on, those difficulties wont consume or destroy you because your Heavenly Father is with you always. Meditate on them. May they bring you the same sense of peace, comfort, and strength to endure during your difficult days: When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you: when you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned; neither shall the flame scorch you. --Isaiah 43:2 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. -- Isaiah 40:31 Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. --James 1:2-4 And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. -Romans 8:28 Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand. -- Isaiah 41:10 For I know the plans that I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope. --Jeremiah 49:11 No weapon that is formed against you will prosper; And every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, And their vindication is from Me, declares the LORD. -- Isaiah 54:17
