To nourish ourselves through the food we eat, the way we eat, the way we move, sleep, positive thoughts, creative expression, connecting with nature, and moments of stillness, if even for 4 minutes, is self-care. Time seems to be a major factor in whether or not, or how often we engage in self-care. What if we reframe the concept of self-care as a way of nourishing our lives rather than something we squeeze in when/if we have the time. How will you integrate more self-care into your life today?
