Furthermore I shall similarly decline and refuse all medical attention and care for any child, spouse, parent and/or immediate family member legally entrusted to my care as parent or guardian; no life saving measures shall be performed in the event of an emergency if I am unable to immediately produce an absolute means of compensation in full.
