To our Functional Training Solution Clientele; I would like to begin with the introduction of our new business partner, Joshua Monjure. He has dreams and vision for FTS as a company and has made our vision of reconstruction possible again. He has the same desires for our clientele that FTS has stood by since day one....’Functional Training for a Functional Life’. We are extremely excited for the next few months with Josh, not to mention the years and years together as we continue to grow. Now, in light of the concerns with Osprey Crossfit leaving our facility, we would like to take the time to clear any confusion. First and foremost FTS is its own LLC. We supply the gym and the equipment to independent personal trainers. They provide monthly rent to FTS to utilize the use of everything needed to provide for training/classes. Being independent trainers they are obligated to manage their own hours, schedules, and marketing. With that being said; FTS is not an affiliate of any Crossfit as of now and cannot take over any classes or packages purchased through Osprey Crossfit. Osprey Crossfit is completely dissolved, because it is not allowed by Crossfit to be transferred to another established Crossfit Box; which is where Daniel has chosen to go. This was a business and financial decision for Daniel to part separate ways. For any who had another month’s payment auto drafted from your account and need a refund; all money that was paid through Daniel as Osprey Crossfit must be refunded to you from Daniel, formally Osprey Crossfit. Pick It Up Crossfit is its own company/affiliate, which cannot contract another affiliate. With that being said, your payment is not obligated to be transferred if you choose otherwise since it would be a breach in contract. Unfortunately FTS cannot refund because we were not in conjunction with Osprey when his affiliate was active at our location. We do, on the other hand, understand the situation you may face if the refusal of refund should occur. So we would like to extend a special offer to any clients that would like to continue training at our location. This consists of a 2 week trial, free of charge, while we restructure our facility. At the end of the trial period we then will extend a 15% discount off the base membership rates. We are refurnishing our facility to allow for continued growth and future expansion. Here at FTS, we want nothing more but to inspire and make your goals our goals. At this time we will be utilizing our Facebook to notify you as we update class times over the next couple weeks.
