To our family, friends and public- My husband, Sgt.Joshua Reynolds is currently under inpatient psychiatric care. He has severe ongoing issues with PTSD and TBI and other physical and psychological issues that are recorded in his military personel records as well as his medical records. His case is one that has sadly fallen into the dark cracks and his military doctors and Chain of Command have chosen to betray this soldier and continue with their harassment while he is trying desperately to get the help he needs and deserves. Joshs care team, specifically the Director of Clinical Services, pointedly told his Chain of Command they are NOT to have contact with him, specifically his commander Capt Albahari that it was in fact, detrimental to Joshs health and well being since he is suicidal and homicidal. This transpired yesterday November 4, 2014 during a phone call from the hospital to his Commander. Today, November 5, 2014 his Chain of Command has chosen to continue to harass and threaten my husbands health and well being and interfere with his treatment. They re sent papers up to the hospital for him to sign, the very same paperwork that was hand carried by a member of the Chain of Command yesterday sent back with the care team stating clearly refused to sign due to him being under medical care and extreme duress and no legal representation available to him. I am Joshs full legal power of attorney as well as full medical power of attorney a fact of which his Chain of Command is fully aware of and has all Power of Attorneys that are active in hand. I am actively requesting any and everyone with resources to please help me keep my soldier, my HUSBAND, my best friend safe during his treatment since his Chain of Command is clearly going to continue to threaten his well being and interfere with his treatment.
