To our leaders and the populace,Uganda is not about the leaders only,but the populace too which ought to hold the leaders accountable.Many examples globally have been displayed and we can join forces and demand for accountability and good leadership.The blame is not entirely on President Museveni,NRM leadership alone but all politicial parties and their leaders and followers.What is the use of having a large cabinet,I mean why so many Ministers?Then why so many MPS-Members of Parliament,yet we also have lots of councillors?End of the day ,unfair taxation to the people so that you sustain such un called for large leadership.The masses are to blame,you elected your leaders and their mandated them to represent you,if they cant perform,recall them.They are enjoying ,eating at your expense.Open your eyes and start the blame with councillors,MPS and they will in turn pressurise the President or top leadership.Wake up now.
