To put objectivity to the complaints of people against APEC specifically in the 1st District: We do understand the issue of safety. However, we are under the impression that 1) Your linemen are highly trained for this and 2) We have different Feeders so why cut the power in general when you can isolate where the repairs are being made. We do not say nor claim these temporary connections are safe; thus the need for APEC to rush the repairs and reconnection. The danger of the delay does not only lie on these unsecured and unsafe electrical wirings ( which as of now the people will prefer on can be attitude than a total blackout), it is likewise no mystery that as darkness crawls, bad elements does too. Look at your police blotters and reports, the sudden spike of crimes are endangering the people and their properties. We are exposed both from the dangers of fire, electrecution and robberies/burglary/hold ups. That is why we are tired of waiting. 1D has been left out, obviously, for reasons we cannot fathom. But we do know one thing - any crimes committed against the innocent people who continously suffer because of the slow resolution of our problems, the RED is in APECs hands. Without anything to back it up except your safety measures concern, the applicable term for that is Economic Sabotage.
