To refer also back to what i said early, someone asked how long does rebuilding take?. Well you have to remember, that a NFL franchise, just like any other franchise is also a business. When rebuilding a business, like the Oakland raiders, if an owner like Mark Davis is trying to reshape and craft his fathers business from years of bad contracts and loosing streaks with the NFL and other business owners alike, that takes a lot of man hours and powers to do. Also, trying to rebuild a football franchise from the ground up is not easy, from the smallest front line employee to the executives and head coaches and managers, you want to make sure that you hire the best qualified candidate for the job. Some deliver on point, others dont, and some take time to deliver what you ask of them. And you have to consider when bad decisions are made by management, the business suffers, such as, unnecessary football contracts with bad players. Cleaning up a mess like this is no easy task and it takes years for a business gets back on there feet. But you also have consider that business owners like Mark Davis, have the right to give there employees ultimatums, such as, if you cant deliver of what i ask in a reasonable amount of time, then your fired like Donald J. Trump would say. In this case for RM and DA, its NO MORE EXCUSES give me some wins or your fired. We have to be patient, but like i said earlier, patience is a pain in the ass. As a raider nation we are all suffering through this rebuilding phase, we all need to come together and help Mark Davis with his rebuilding, in any way shape or form.
