To reiterate: I am fighting the battle in my building for one reason: you tried to screw everyone you rented to. You lied about what you promised to deliver, you do not protect the rights of the tenants by allowing things to break/wear out without a prior inspection before move in, you take no liability for anything including the fact you have NO INSURANCE on the bldg, and you are mean spirited and punishing when asked to be held accountable for your egregious actions. Just like the man I rented from in the Bronx. His ability to screw ppl who were saving up to get an apartment with zero conscience combined with his malicious attacks on anyone who stood up to him made me file a case against him. It is the principle of the matter, not money, jobs, use of the bldg, or any other one factor. You are both bad bad landlords who have no business running a building. It is not in the tenants best interest.
