To remember the 100th Anniversary of the start of the Great War we thought we would pay tribute leading up to Armistice day to the 60 names that appear on the Cullen War Memorial for the Great War by giving each of them a day pinned to this site. We have their names and in some cases their parents and family. We also have for some of them their last resting place, for some many miles from Cullen. Where you see F&F that means they were in France and Flanders. They come from all the services and as you may expect some have very familiar names. If you know of the person or any more of history then please feel free to add it. We thought it would be nice to take them back home in a symbolic way and to say thanks from the Cullen folk and friends of today for their sacrifice
