To review: House is still doing the power surge light flickering thing that caused us to have major repairs over the Summer. Obviously something wasnt fixed well enough. Lights flicker when you run anything like the garbage disposal or the vacuum. Dude was just here and said its not the house, must be something with the outside power connections. Bathroom sink is busted. Pipe burst under that sucker NYE right before guests were coming. Had the guy out to fix the WiFi yesterday. We were given all new receivers, and since then? WiFi keeps randomly blinking out on us, TV keeps hitching every few minutes. WOO HOO! Happy New Year! (Laughing like I dont care. Small stuff. Annoying, but still -- small stuff.)
