To some, a few pounds here& there doesnt seem like a huge deal, but to me, it is! I have struggled for MONTHS to just lose ONE pound as I fluctuated between 145-150! I havent seen this number on the scale since 2009! Thanks to clean eating, exercise, & the amazing vitamins/meal plan of AdvoCare, I am on the track to turning my weight loss frown upside down. Haha!! A huge thanks to the ladies who inspire me to do better..ALL OF YOU!!!
