To steal a line from a co-worker - "Keep Calm and Call Your Broker". Obviously we are being flooded with phone calls about the new health insurance plans and exchanges. Every case is different, and in many cases very personal. Suffice to say we are listening to every clients needs and situation, and offering sound guidance to ensure that each person enrolls in what they need and can afford. One of the first questions we are asking is, How much do you think your adjusted gross income will be for 2014? This will determine where we go from there. Remember, HIQS agents can still service insurance products both on and off the exchange.
