To take the pressure off my friends , so Im not constantly bugging them about what training I should do, I have joined a training program....Marathon Guru.... Today was my 2nd training day, and I did 1k intervals..... I am supposed to run 6 days a week, plus I also do 2 personal training sessions a week..... So Im not sure how I will go , I may have to cut out a run 1 day a week..... But Im happy to give it a go..... Im excited and scared all at the same time...... Must be time for chocolate 😉
