To the Class of 65, in particularly, and to all who knew and loved Sylvia Snare Graham: I received a phone call this morning from Lowell Snare, sadly informing me of his sisters passing and asking me to share this with her graduating class. Lowell spoke so fondly of Sylvia .... such a tender loving brother - sister bond, also shared with brother, Parker Snare. Sylvia had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and was undergoing treatment, but there were complications that resulted in her admission to Syracuse Hospital where she passed early this morning. Lowell suggests if anyone so chooses, to please consider a donation to Pancreatic Cancer Research organization through the American Cancer Society or a research facility devoted to pancreatic cancer, specifically.
