To the Guinean President, I would say that I am glad, to hear that he understood the needs for his country to change the way the country is driven. As the Botswanas President said, oil his the priority for the countrys developpment, and according to the Mozambiques one that says, that the agriculture as well has to be done, in repect of the whole African Economy, and preserving anyones intersts. That was I was talking about yesterday, about the Malians project, of developping the agriculture in the country even more; and what I said is that the countries around should benefit the production on affordable prices, and not to sale the cereals for example to France, and that way increase the prices. If sales are made to European, it would be to expensive for Africans to buy at the same price. I know that it wasnt the Malians mind, but perhaps the Europeans ones. Indeed that have removed budget aides given usually to support grains farmer, and the taxes on raw materials had also increase in France ... According to the Botswana president, that needs as well on god prices the oil, or gaz, the invest could be solutions as well to get good prices for those products, but the question is: are they the real owners of the field, that would sale those products ? I would advice President Mbasogo that wants his country to have changes, on doing new elections, and that would be witnessed by the ONU, and it would be the proof pperhaps the whole World Community needs to make the invests the country needs. Of course somme Guinean citizens have money, but they cant show it, because perhaps of years, during wich they used the oil and gaz benefits, that wasnt theirs. The country owns, and the President nows that I know (because has been said about it) that they are minerals that the others countries need, and that mining cant be made that much, at the moment. A clearer situation would really helps and make of Equatorial Guinea a richer country. Thats why I woould advice elections, to show the will of a wealthier country, and that helps every citizen on gettig a more comfortable todays life.
