To the ISLIA Members and Interpreters in India, I as the President of ISLIA and Asian Representative of WASLI - World Association of Sign Language Interpreters is glad to inform you all that the 6th WASLI Asia Meeting is to be held parallel with 26th WFD A/P meet in Macau, Hongkong from August 25-27th 2014. This is yet another chance to be a part of an international meet of interpreters. To learn from each other and get exposed to WASLI. Two delegates and others as observers are welcomed. ISLIA delegates - Self Air fare, $50 each is the registration fee for two delegates which also covers meals and accommodation from 25th to 27th Aug.2014. For observers - Self Air Fare, $500 registration fee per person which also covers meals and accommodation from 25th to 27th Aug.2014. Interested members from ISLIA/ ASLI to attend the said Asia meeting as ISLIA delegate or observer can contact ISLIA and me. Two Japanese Interpreters Association NARASLI and JASLI together are sponsoring one observers fees for $500 from each country in Asia, ISLIA after getting the requests will decide on selecting the person to avail this lucky sponsorship of $500.
