To the PURE all things are PURE: but to them that are DEFILED and UNBELIEVING is NOTHING PURE; but even their MIND and CONSCIENCE is DEFILED. They PROFESS that they KNOW God; but in WORKS they DENY Him, being ABOMINABLE, and DISOBEDIENT, and to every GOOD work REPROBATE (Titus 1:15, 16)… It’s AMAZING how something spoken THOUSANDS of years BEFORE our time can so APPLY to us that it’s nothing short of PROPHETIC! For what’s being stated in these verses COVERS and EXPLAINS the MAJORITY of CHURCHGOERS, and MANY whom PROFESS to being in the Body of Christ. This is why there are so many FALSE REPRESENTATIVES, FALSE DOCTRINES, MISINTERPRETATIONS, and OUTRIGHT ERROR amongst Believers today. This is also why the Church, which CLAIMS to be of Christ, RARELY, if ever, SPEAKS of Jesus in our MESSAGES, TEACHINGS, or ACTIONS. We certainly aren’t FOLLOWING Him! If we were, WICKEDNESS and EVIL wouldn’t be OVERTAKING us the way that it does; nor would it be as PREVALENT around us, going UNCHECKED by US, who CLAIM to be the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God. Is the Church of God truly SERVING God? Then why aren’t we out in the WORLD as WITNESSES evangelizing LOST SOULS and COMPELLING them into the Kingdom of God? Where are our GOOD WORKS for Christ? What are we REALLY doing when it comes down to taking care of our Father’s BUSINESS? Instead of BRINGING FORTH God’s Word and AGENDA in PURITY, aren’t we rather SITTING on them and displaying all the SYMPTOMS of being UNBELIEVING, DISOBEDIENT, DEFILED, and REPROBATE to every GOOD spiritual WORK in Christ Jesus? Let this NOT be our TESTIMONY in 2013!!!
