To the confused Muslims: Islamic mythology. is there, Djinnies, Fairys, Angels, old men with white beards, dresses and wings of course Angels, talking snakes, King Solomon and his Jinn armies, talking Hoopoe and aunts, an army of swallows armed with penetrative pebbles attacking elephant army and its king, a flying horse Burak on which Muhammad traveled to heaven from Jerusalem, - but there is not much talk or back ground research, also Greek mythology, Olympus, Zeus, Hercules, Centaurs, Minotaurs, Sirens, lady with snake head, unicorns, same with Roman mythology, Hindu mythology, Why are Muslims supposed to only believe their myths are true and have historical perspective, while all other mythological philosophies wrong, based on lies, illogical, irrational, infidelity, and just a work of fiction. Now my point is, if our flying horse is real, then there is a strong chance Hanuman is real, and a species of Centaur really existed, but if they didnt then there is strong probability our Djinnies dont. Its quite simple, analogy, any one with little common sense will get it. my point: QUESTION yourself plz, there are certain things part of our strict faith which are not just getting along, specially when it comes to morality issues and war crimes in todays world, wars being waged and fought in name of G-d, the brutality and atrocities we witness today committed by Muslim extremist groups, we cant just sit back, tell ourselves they are not Muslims, and we arent doing it and enjoy our lives, as if nothing is wrong, while they abuse the religion, way of life and culture. We must accept, Yes they are Muslims and they get their inspirations from their specific interpretations of the Islamic texts, we need to revisit that area, research, rethink, reestablish the Islamic law, and re interpret it in a fashion which humankind and this world and its whole religious, mythological and semi religious philosophy has evolved, changed, progressed and adapted to the present day. This task is needed. more then ever in this day, or our near future Muslim generation is going to be one very confused my dear, very confused with reckless identity crises.
