To the constant complainers of noise ....i live in a rural location and never complain about anyone but if i go in my garden a complaint is made there are about 20 dogs in the area but apparently only mine bark .we have been forced to rehome one ....all i ask is that rather than phone the council they knock on my door and say hey your pissing us of....like the old days when neighbours actually spoke to each other . Just saying ......
