To the customer service dept: I received your so called apology. I found the response to be both generic and unsympathetic with grammatical errors. A 14 year old could have done better. You want my mother and myself to continue to shop at the Mercer Mall store!! Did you just drop in from another planet?? Why would I shop in a store where employees show a total disregard for a patron especially one who is 89 years old. I will encourage the members of both my knitting and sewing groups to shop elsewhere. They have shown more concern for my mom than anyone at Joanns. I will be returning my purchase from Friday and will never darken your doorstep again.
