To the driver of the silver SUV I parked next to in my new-to-me silver VW Golf in the row of spaces immediately in front of Safeway at around 6:30 this evening: My bad. I should have known when I saw that you were parked on the line with the front and over the line with the back tire that you wouldnt be considerate of me when you came out of the store. I never should have assumed that because I was able to get out of my car without so much as touching yours that you wouldnt slam your passenger door against my little car and chip my paint, while bashing my mirror out of place. I only wish it wasnt a hinged mirror so that you could have experienced the satisfaction of leaving it lying on the ground... or even run it over, smashing it to bits in retaliation for my presumptuous use of the parking space next to you. Apologies for causing you so much distress.
