To the mothers who have had C-sections. Im looking for advice. I have had 3 C-sections and Im wondering what exercises you have done to get your belly to tighten up. I have been busting my butt on workouts & Ive recently lost close to 35lbs & I have noticed although Im losing inches on my belly the loose skin is just hanging on around my C-section scar. Losing weight should be a happy experience and I find myself starting to get depressed because of it. Any advice or personal experiences would be awesome. Please keep your rude comments to yourself. Im not looking for easy way outs like surgery Im looking for exercise routines that have worked for others! TIA.
